Connect a sending account

Link LinkedIn or Facebook under AI Sale Coach → Senders so the coach can message leads for you.

Sending accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook) live under AI Sale Coach → Senders, not under Connect your CRM.

The coach uses this login to send messages. Save it once. Disconnect anytime.

Add LinkedIn or Facebook

  1. Open AI Sale Coach.
  2. Open the Senders tab.
  3. Choose Connect LinkedIn or Connect Facebook.
  4. Finish signing in in the popup. If nothing opens, allow popups for SaleIQ and try again.
  5. Pick the country you normally sign in from if SaleIQ asks — login should look like it comes from where you actually are.

Wait until the sender shows as Connected. If it says Needs attention, open it and sign in again.

Facebook Messenger PIN

For Facebook, SaleIQ may ask for a 6-digit Messenger PIN before login. That is not your Facebook password.

Find it in Facebook: Settings → Privacy → Messaging → PIN. Save the PIN in SaleIQ first, then sign in.

If login fails

  • Allow popups, then try Connect again.
  • Use the same country you normally log in from.
  • For Facebook, confirm the 6-digit PIN is saved.
  • Email hello@saleiq.ai if the sender stays on Needs attention.
