Inbox

Read and send mail from the Gmail or Outlook mailboxes you connected in SaleIQ.

Inbox is for the mailboxes you connected under Connect your CRM. It is not LinkedIn or Facebook chat.

Open Inbox

  1. Connect Gmail or Outlook on Connect your CRM. Each person connects their own mailbox.
  2. Click Open inbox on that page.
  3. If the list is empty, run a sync on the connection, then refresh Inbox.

You can switch All inboxes or a single mailbox. Tabs: All, Unread, Sent.

Send mail

Compose opens a new message from the connected address. Fill To, subject, and body, then send.

Auto Outreach also uses these mailboxes when you enable Email or Outlook on a campaign. See Auto Outreach.

If mail does not show up

  • Confirm the connection is Connected, not Needs attention.
  • Click Sync data on the connection.
  • Reconnect Gmail or Outlook if the error banner says SaleIQ can no longer reach the account.
